Why we selected it

The ribbed bouclé knit in grey melange takes the polo out of classic piqué territory. Relaxed boxy fit, open placket, side vents: wear it on its own or layered under a jacket. We were looking for an autumn polo that doesn't look like it belongs at a golf club, and this is exactly it.

Mfpen is a Danish ready-to-wear label founded in Copenhagen in 2016 by Sigurd Bank.
Born of a desire to slow down in a constantly moving industry, the brand draws on Scandinavian minimalism to reinvent the classics of the men's wardrobe (tailoring, knitwear, trousers) with relaxed silhouettes that blur the line between formal and casual.
What sets mfpen apart is its concrete commitment: most of its collections are made from European deadstock fabrics, industry surplus that the brand turns into durable, desirable pieces.
