High-waisted wide-leg trousers with front pleats, made from organic cotton twill with a touch of elastane for comfort. The garment dye in black gives them a slightly textured matte finish, not a flat black. YKK zip, deep hem – it's a clean look. Pourquoi on l'a choisie

YMC, pour You Must Create, est une marque de prêt-à-porter britannique fondée à Londres en 1995 par Fraser Moss et Jimmy Collins.
Le nom est tiré d'une citation du designer industriel Raymond Loewy : "You must create your own design style".
Dès le départ, les deux fondateurs construisent un vestiaire homme et femme sobre et fonctionnel, pensé pour durer, inspiré du workwear, de l'uniforme militaire et des sous-cultures musicales, du post-punk au DIY. Les collections privilégient les fibres naturelles (lin, coton, laine) et les teintes lavées qui vieillissent bien avec le temps.
Après la disparition de Fraser Moss en 2023, Sage Toda-Nation a pris la direction créative en 2024, en renouant avec l'esprit fondateur de la marque. Plus de 30 ans d'un vestiaire intemporel entre workwear et culture contemporaine. Disponible à Rennes chez Aura Store et sur notre e-shop.
