Un deep pile avec 16% de laine dans le mélange, ce n'est pas la polaire synthétique standard, et c'est ce qui nous a fait signer. La doublure en nylon enduit ajoute une barrière coupe-vent que la plupart des fleeces n'ont pas. Un brun qui va très bien avec les beiges et les bleus de la sélection. C'est la pièce cosy de l'hiver côté Goldwin.

Goldwin is a Japanese technical clothing brand founded in 1950 by Tosaku Nishida in Toyama, Japan. Initially specialising in knitwear, the company launched its own Goldwin brand in 1958 and turned to sportswear, notably skiing in the 60s. At the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games, 8 out of 10 Japanese gold medallists wore Goldwin uniforms. More than 70 years later, the brand remains at the forefront of textile innovation, with collections that combine technical performance and minimalist Japanese design. Goldwin closely oversees every stage of production, from the choice of yarn and materials through to garment making, working with fabrics such as GORE-TEX, Pertex and Cordura. Goldwin has also marketed The North Face in Japan since 1978 and has held the brand's trademark rights in the country since 1995, a sign of its expertise in outdoor and technical clothing.
