Order preparation

Unless otherwise indicated when you order, orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

During launches, sales, the festive season or other periods of high activity, this preparation time may exceptionally be extended. Where a specific lead time applies, Aura Store endeavours to inform the customer as soon as possible.

The delivery times shown below start from when the carrier collects the parcel and are in addition to the order preparation time.

Please note: the times shown are estimates and are expressed in business days. The time that actually applies depends in particular on the destination, the carrier, any customs formalities and the delivery option selected at checkout.

The free delivery threshold is calculated on the basis of the order value and the conditions shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, free delivery applies only to the eligible standard delivery method. Express services and additional options remain chargeable.

Delivery in France

For mainland France, Aura Store offers standard delivery at 8 € including VAT.

Standard delivery is free on orders of 150 € or more.

An express delivery option may also be offered at 14,90 € including VAT, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery is not included in the free standard delivery offer, unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Delivery in Europe

Aura Store delivers to many European countries. Delivery costs and free delivery thresholds are adapted to the destination to reflect transport costs and transit times.

European Union countries may have different rates depending on their geographical zone. The rate for your address is calculated automatically and shown at checkout.

International delivery

Aura Store delivers to a selection of international destinations, including the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and New Zealand.

International delivery times are estimates. Customs formalities or import procedures in the destination country may cause additional delays beyond the control of Aura Store and the carrier.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, a tracking number or link is sent to the email address used for the order.

Tracking may also be accessible from the transactional messages sent after your order has been dispatched.

If there is an unusual delay or a problem with the delivery of your order, contact us quoting your order number: contact@aura-estore.com.

Transfer of risk

Where delivery is made by a carrier offered by Aura Store, the risk of loss of or damage to the product remains with Aura Store until you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the product.

If you choose a carrier yourself that was not offered by Aura Store, the specific legal rules applicable to that situation apply.

Damaged parcel or delivery issue

If you find that a parcel or product is damaged, incomplete or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at: contact@aura-estore.com.

Where possible, include your order number and photographs of the parcel, its packaging and the product concerned so that we can identify the issue.

This request does not affect your statutory guarantees.

Taxes, customs duties and import

Orders shipped within the European Union are not normally subject to customs duties when moving between Member States.

For deliveries outside the European Union, in particular to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Asia, the United Arab Emirates, Australia or New Zealand, the order may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees depending on the regulations of the destination country.

Where the applicable taxes or duties are collected directly at checkout, their amount is shown before the order is confirmed.

Where these amounts are not collected by Aura Store at checkout, they may be claimed from the recipient by the local authorities or by the carrier before or at the time of delivery.

Aura Store does not determine any import duties or fees applied by the authorities of the destination country.

If the parcel is refused, or if applicable duties, taxes or fees are not paid, resulting in its return to Aura Store, the costs actually incurred as a result of that return may be taken into account in the refund where the applicable regulations allow.

International footwear orders

For certain international destinations, orders including footwear may be limited to 4 pairs maximum where carrier, weight, volume or destination constraints require it.

Delivery address

Customers are asked to check carefully the delivery details entered when ordering, in particular the recipient’s name, address, postcode, town or city, country and, where requested, telephone number.

An incomplete or incorrect address may cause a delay, make delivery impossible or result in the parcel being returned to Aura Store.
