On 26 July 2025, Aura held its first Live Session, on the beach at Saint-Lunaire. A year later, the Live Sessions have become a regular fixture for our community.
A look back at the first three, and at what they say about what we want to do at Aura.
Why the Live Sessions?
From the day we opened, we wanted Aura to be more than a shop. The aim: to work on more art alongside the store, while staying true to who we are and to our community.
Music came naturally. We wanted to bring artists and our community together in the same place, around a single event.
The concept is simple: events designed to celebrate music culture and shine a light on the artists who keep it alive. Moments of sharing, live music and celebration, where music and good company meet.
Live Session 001: L’Ulteam, Saint-Lunaire
On 26 July 2025, Aura launched the Live Sessions in collaboration with L’Ulteam, a beach bar on Longchamp beach in Saint-Lunaire.
A first edition with our feet in the sand, facing the sea, with Live Session 001 T-shirts made for the occasion. The setting set the tone for what the summer sessions have become: music, people, and Brittany as the backdrop.
Live Session 002: Le Spot, Rennes
On 6 September 2025, Aura continued the adventure with Live Session 002, this time in collaboration with Le Spot, a lively bar in Rennes.
For this second edition, we chose a more dance-oriented direction, designed to get the crowd moving and to convey all the energy and emotion of the artists. Back to the city, and a change of pace.
Live Session 003: at the store
On 27 September 2025, Live Session 003 took place at the store, 2 rue Châteaurenault. No big show: a simple moment with friends, family and people close to the store.
The idea was to take our time, to talk, to listen to music and to present the FW25 collection in a setting that feels like us. A human-scale space where everyone could touch the pieces, ask questions and chat over a drink.
A real moment of sharing, with no artifice, the way we like them at Aura.
Three formats, one idea
In two months, three venues and three moods: the beach, the bar, the store. The Live Sessions have no fixed format. What stays is the intention: artists, our community, and time spent together.
Today, a habit
Since those first three editions, the Live Sessions have carried on, season after season. In July 2026, Live Session 005 brought everyone back to L’Ulteam, a year after the very first one.
