Pop Trading Company releasing their own jeans, we had to have them. The loose straight cut in cotton with contrasting white topstitching gives a classic look but with Pop's signature touch. The leather patch at the back of the waistband and the small embroidered logo on the coin pocket are discreet and well-placed. Made in Portugal, 100% cotton, nothing to fault.

Pourquoi on l'a choisie

Pop Trading Company est une marque de streetwear néerlandaise fondée à Amsterdam en 2013 par Peter Kolks et Ric van Rest, deux figures de la scène skate locale. D'abord distributeurs de marques comme Palace, Polar ou Quartersnacks, ils lancent leur propre ligne de vêtements homme en 2016, avec une vision claire : créer un vestiaire qui mêle la culture skateboard à l'exigence du menswear contemporain.
Peter Kolks résume la marque comme "une version plus réfléchie d'une marque de skate, inspirée par le menswear, ou l'inverse".
Les collections sont pensées avec un soin particulier pour les matières, les silhouettes et les collaborations artistiques, notamment avec des artistes comme Piet Parra.
